Official Statement Regarding 6WX

by James Wilkinson | July 10, 2017

With EVO 2017 and a handful of other large events approaching, Circa eSports has decided to part ways with our Super Smash Bros. for Wii U player, Wesley “6WX” Alexander. Wesley is the last remaining Smash player on Circa’s roster, marking a change of times in Circa’s presence in the Smash community. This decision does not reflect Wesley’s skill or attitude, it was a hard decision to make but we felt it was best for both parties. We wish Wesley the best of luck in the future and hope he finds success wherever he lands.

Fighting Game Manager, Brandon “TuboWare” Brockman had this to say about the decision, “While we unfortunately have decided to part ways with 6WX, it was an honor to have the best Sonic in Smash 4 on Circa eSports. Wes played his heart out for us and was gracious in both victory and defeat. You won't find a more fierce competitor than 6WX. We know his future is bright, and he will find a new home soon.”
